Last winter, Finn trekked through 2 hours of lonesome Ashburton highway before being picked up by his pal Alice and her dad, and taken to the giant transparent perspex home of NZ’s only current record manufacturer, the lord of the lathe, Peter King. In the second part of this 2 episode special, Finn and co learned what genres of music sound best at which record speeds, heard about whale song and Aussie Outback sounds being pressed onto record and got a glimpse of Peter’s inspiring life philosophy.
