The Fine Print:
ActiveCard:
The ActiveCard is valid until the 30th of June 2027. After this we’ll be launching the 2027 ActiveCard. If you’re currently subscribed, you’ll receive your 2027 ActiveCard via email.
If there are any changes or delays in getting your new card to you, we’ll let you know via email.
Card Delivery & Use:
When you purchase a subscription plan (either monthly, or annually), we’ll ask for your email address. Within the next working day, you should receive your shiny (digital) ActiveCard, along with your own special package of discounter vouchers. Add your ActiveCard, and discounter vouchers, to your digital wallet and start cashing in on discounts around town and online!
Digital ActiveCard:
The ActiveCard is a digital item, and will be emailed to you after purchase of a subscription plan.
Please allow at least one working day for us to generate your ActiveCard and ActiveCard number – you’ll then receive your ActiveCard and discounter vouchers.
If you do not have a compatible mobile device, (eg: a Motorola DynaTAC), your sign-up email can also be used as proof of purchase to obtain discounts. Reach out to activecard@radioactive.fm for more info.
Please note payment is via www.radioactive.fm – an internet connection and credit/debit card is required to purchase an ActiveCard subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription:
Monthly subscribers can cancel their membership at any time.
Annual subscribers can cancel their renewal at anytime before the rollover period, (30th June 2027).
If you signed up using a credit or debit card, contact us at activecard@radioactive.fm we’ll cancel your subscription and any upcoming payments.
If you signed up using our legacy direct-debit system, (ActiveCard 2023 and earlier) you’ll need to contact your bank and request for the direct-debit to be stopped – we’ll receive a notification that your subscription has ended.
Your Information:
When you subscribe to the ActiveCard, we ask for your contact details in order to send you your card, and discounter information.
We also collect your date of birth, mobile number, and home address in order to verify giveaways, and post winnings.
Some ActiveCard discounters provide 18+ discounts (gig passes, bar vouchers). Your date of birth helps us verify that giveaway winners are of legal age to enter and accept giveaways.
From time to time, we may also contact you to let you know of new ActiveCard partners, discounts, news, and upcoming member-only giveaways.
