This morning I’m chatting with Ōtautahi singer-songwriter Bryony Matthews, known for blending poetic storytelling with alt-pop.

Her new album is a six-song concept album, interweaving melodic storytelling with minimalist electronic production to chronicle her recovery from a serious brain injury.  

She is bringing the immersive live experience of this album to Bats Theatre this Wednesday as part of her NZ tour, and this morning joins me on Parakuihi,
