Frida was joined by the WOMAD World Music Festival Aotearoa Director Drew James, as last week they added 23 new acts to the 2027 lineup.

Spanning 18 countries and six continents, the latest lineup brings together an eclectic mix of internationally acclaimed artists, emerging voices and some of Aotearoa’s most distinctive musical talent.
