Maggie Tweedie began volunteering at Radioactive in April 2015 where she hosted the Tuesday flow show and Wednesday Top 11 specialty show. After 10 months of learning the ropes she naturally graduated to the Tuesday Drive show and held that slot regularly for a year. Her favourite show was the Friday live to Air show sponsored by NZ on Air where she interviewed incredible local acts.
After graduating from Massey University with a Communications degree Maggie moved to Melbourne where she interned at SYN Media producing a podcast series called The Conscious Woman and was sent to cover the Falls Festival in Byron Bay.
Maggie enjoys all things fermented, cups of tea, sarcasm, listening and creating podcasts, and cooking.
Working as Radioactive’s Breakfast host is a dream come true for Maggie and she cant wait to deliver a new morning format to you!
