Born and raised in Invercargill Seiyan Thompson-Tonga graduated from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School Class 2022. Most recently featured in Tom Sainsbury’s new series Small Town Scandal, Tonga carries his Cook Islands and Māori heritage in every theatre stage and screen production. Most recently, the arts collective ‘The Gentle Boys’ will debut the full-length theatre show, D’ THings N Such, a comedy show that will keep you on your toes, programmed as one of Circa’s most anticipated theatre shows for 2026.
